Subject: Birth Control PillsQUESTION: For the past year I was Estrostep FE. I currently switched to Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo and my periods were on time and I never missed a pill and took it everyday at the same time. Now, I don't feel pregnant and my period has not came on schedule like it suppose to. Why is my body acting like this? Is it because of switching from two complete different birth control brands? Different hormone levels maybe? How long should I wait until I seek professional healthcare? REPLY: These are great questions and I *would* ask a healthcare professional because that is going to provide you the best information and reassurance. I'd also check out plannedparenthood.com and see if there is additional information there but really your best bet to ask your doctor. - KT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
