Advice Column Question & Answer

Subject: Vacation Regret

QUESTION:

I recently got back from Florida with my boyfriend. I would like to ask for advice on a situation that occured while I was on vacation. My boyfriend and I decided to have anal sex after a long night of partying and alcohol. My mate and I have had anal sex plenty of times, but this time something awkward happened.... When we were just about done having sex in the rear, I without knowing deficated on my boyfriend and also the bed...obviously, I was traumatized. I need advice because surprisingly, my boyfriend told me he was VERY turned on by what I did on the bed....he actually wants me to try to go to the bathroom on him during anal sex. This bothers me, but I wondering how and if its unsanitary if I continue to do this on him? And, how can I say it in a nice way so he understands I'm not comfortable with his new turn on?

REPLY:

This is not uncommon with anal sex and he really should using a condom. When you are more prepared for anal sex (as opposed to not prepared after a night of drinking and partying), it helps to have a bowel movement before, but it IS your colon and that IS it's function, so this is going to happen. On his new turn-on, if you are not comfortable with what he is asking for, then don't do it. Period. Feces are loaded with bacteria and definitely not something you want to mess around with intentionally. Just say two words to him - e. coli - and he will get the picture.
