You can buy dental dams in sex stores. If you don't want to go there, you can use condoms (cut them open so they lay flat) or saran wrap (as long as it's not the special microwave kind with holes). Put a little bit of lube on you so it feels good and slippery and wet, then lay the barrier down over your vulva, then let them go to town. When you're going down on a girl, do the same thing for her.
