Advice Column Question & Answer

Subject: ED Problem

QUESTION:

My husband and I have been together 13 years and recently he's been put on blood pressure medicine (he's 34, it's genetic) and since the meds he has issues over getting hard. The thoughts are there, the want to is there and the attempt but he stays limp. It's getting very frustrating for the both of us. Can you help us? We both enjoy sex very very much and we don't want to lose it. Thank you.

REPLY:

This is common for men on this medication. He may still be able to take ED drugs while on this blood pressure medication, so he should talk with his doctor. He could also try a cock ring. It's a cheap - and effective - first line of defense.
