Use lots of lube, gently insert one finger, and just leave it there. Don't thrust it in and out. The sphincter gets used to it and relaxes a bit. Then, try two fingers. Again, wait for the sphincter to relax. Try pushing the fingers in and out gently. That should start to feel pleasurable. Depending on how big he is, you may be able to proceed to intercourse at this point, but go very slowly and gently. Do not ram it in and start thrusting. Slowly insert it, and then don't move at all.
