Subject: Clitoris ShapeQUESTION: I understand that most of the clitoris should be buried under skin, however mine juts out and hangs down a bit, I am a virgin and I am wondering if this could be from masturbating too much, and if its normal. I am hesitant to have sex and have not seen a doctor because of embarrassment. REPLY: There is nothing to be embarrassed about. Clitoris size, like penis size, varies from person to person. It has nothing to do with masturbating; it is just the way your body developed. As long as it is not causing any pain or health problems, you should consider yourself lucky. Guys often have trouble finding the clitoris.
