Subject: Oral SexQUESTION: I am very concerned. My partner and I have just recently celebrated a anniversary. :) So needless to say that night there was alot of love making, lubricant, friction and more. But a day or so after that lovely night I found that there was a pimple like sore on my genitalia then two VERY little pimples came about the next day. They popped and went away and are pretty much gone now only after a few days. I was wondering could this be herpes or just pimples cause by lubricant, heat and friction for numerous amount of hours? I have had 'a' pimple on two other different occasions, but only after pretty much the same sexual episode occurred and it went away,the same, in a day of two. Should I be worried, should I go see a doctor??? Please reply REPLY: I can't diagnose you - you would definitely need a doctor for that. I can tell you that a Herpes lesion looks like a small blister and it does not appear instantly the next day. It also burns like hell - if you have a Herpes sore, you know it!
