Subject: SpermQUESTION: Can you please tell me if there are any nutritional values or fat content in semen. My husband and I often have oral sex and I am concerned that there may be a high calorie content. I'm to embarassed to ask our family doctor. Can you PLEASE answer this question for me. Thanks !!! REPLY: I don't remember the exact amount, but semen contains something like 5 calories.
